The agile approach and the agile techniques includes processes, roles and tools that differ from traditional planning methods. You get an introduction to a way of working that gives you a project plan in a change-prone environment where the result is developed in testable steps. The working method create transparency when follow-up and in status reporting and can be used in most areas.

You will get to know the benefits of the agile way of working and Scrum, but we will also discuss the challenges and pay attention to some common pitfalls.
We will go through how agile techniques can be combined with a standard methodology and how they can be applied in projects and programs. We also go through how an agile approach can be applied to projects.
